Aluminum Frames
Our aluminum frames are thermally broken with a high-density polyurethane isolator which aids in lowering thermal conductivity. We love aluminum for its high strength-to-weight ratio and thin sight lines. We prefer to source our aluminum extrusions from manufacturers using renewable energy, not coal, plus aluminum is 100% recyclable and does not lose its characteristics in the process. Aluminum is not affected by ultra-violet rays, moisture and does not corrode or rot. The lifecycle of aluminum is rated at 60+ years, however, with proper care, it can last much longer.
Our aluminum systems are available in the following operations: turn/tilt, tilt first, tilt-only, fixed, hopper (outswing) and French as well as entry doors, balcony doors, lift and slide doors, folding doors, pivot doors and curtain wall systems.
