A work of art in and of itself, the High St project is located in Denver’s historic Cole neighborhood. A ground-up build, the client wished to increase the efficiency of the thermal envelope. Our solution: The A70. A high-density polyurethane thermally broken frame with triple ESG and Swisspacer Ultimate delivering u-values as low as 0,14 Btu/h·ft²·°F. With a profile width of 55mm (2-5/32”), we think this system complements both the openness of the interior as well as the shou sugi ban exterior.
