Nestled in Denver’s cozy Country Club neighborhood, Lafayette was a complete renovation project. The client went to exhaustive lengths to breathe life into a neglected house in one of Denver’s historic neighborhoods and beleived an aluminum or steel system would have been too modern. We offered this bi-color aluminum-clad pine to maintain the historic charm of this 19th-century property.
